1. Purpose
Decifirst provides a SaaS decision-intelligence platform powered by AI models.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions
Free / Starter (€49) / Standard (€299) / Pro (€999) per month, no commitment, cancellable anytime.
4. Order processing by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse-engineering or unlawful use. No sensitive PII without written agreement.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
Your data remains yours. Software and models remain the property of YOUGO Sverige.
8. Liability
Decifirst is a decision-support tool. Final decisions remain your responsibility.
9. Governing law
Swedish law. Courts of Stockholm have jurisdiction.
