Account info (email, name), billing and payment data processed by our reseller Paddle (Merchant of Record), decision inputs you enter in the app, anonymized technical logs.

2. Purposes

Provide the service, billing, improve model quality, security and legal compliance.

3. Legal basis (GDPR)

Contract performance, legitimate interest, explicit consent for the newsletter.

4. Retention

Account data: relationship duration + 3 years. Decision data: deletable anytime from your dashboard.

5. Processors and partners

Supabase (EU), Paddle (Merchant of Record — payments, billing, subscription management and returns), Cloudflare (EU edge). Payment data is processed by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's privacy policy.
